Replace Input & Output numbering in demux/mux tables with actual pin names

i.e.

• in Table 3: Mapping of demultiplexer inputs to outputs, as determined by select..., replace Input 1..16 with AIN0..15
• in Table 5: Mapping of multiplexers inputs to outputs, as determined by select, replace Output 1..16 with AO0..15
• in Table 8: Full list of current output signals, replace Output 1..16 with C2F address 0..15.
